Robert Kiyosaki, the renowned author of the bestselling “Rich Dad Poor Dad” personal finance book, recently shared an optimistic prediction for Bitcoin. In a recent tweet, the American businessman and author predicted that the value of BTC could reach $1 million by 2030.
Kiyosaki Chooses Quantity Over Price
In his tweet, Kiyosaki emphasized the importance of quantity over price when it comes to wealth. He added that rich people focus on accumulating quantity, while poor people prioritize price.
The American author also mentioned that he is not fixated on the spot price of gold, silver, or BTC, but rather the amount he controls. Revealing that he is a holder of the largest crypto by market cap, Kiyosaki stated,
“I started buying Bitcoin at $6000 an ounce. I bought all I could. I wish I had more fake money to buy more Bitcoin. In 2030, the probability is that Bitcoin will be $1 million a coin.”
According to Kiyosaki, building a significant portfolio of assets like gold, silver, and BTC is more important for securing one’s future than worrying about short-term price fluctuations. He also expressed distrust in fiat currency, referring to it as “fake money.”
Kiyosaki’s Previous Bitcoin Predictions
Kiyosaki has consistently been vocal about his predictions for BTC’s price, and his latest tweet is just the most recent example. Last June, the American businessman predicted that BTC would surge to $350,000 over the next two months that followed.
The Rich Dad Poor Dad author, who made his prediction based on his deep understanding of the financial markets and experience, encouraged investors to add more assets like Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), and gold to their portfolio. He believed these assets, including Bitcoin, would experience significant price gains in the near term, specifically before the end of August.
Further solidifying his bullish stance on BTC, Kiyosaki made another prediction a month later, estimating that the crypto-asset would reach a price of $105,500 by August 2025.
The famous author’s optimistic view of BTC continued into 2025. Earlier this year, he expressed his unwavering confidence in Bitcoin’s potential, predicting that its price could skyrocket to a range of $170,000 to $350,000.
